  Easy Rajma Chawal Recipe Rajma is one of the most popular lentil eaten in the northern India. It is quite a part of regular diet food of northern India and rightfully so with its thick aromatic sauce covering the red kidney beans. Ingredients: • 1 Tablespoon Ghee • 1 Tablespoon Oil • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (jeera) • 1 Teaspoon Black Peppercorn (kaali mirch) • 1 Bay Leaf (taejpatta) • 1-2 Green Chilies • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste • 1 Medium Onion roughly chopped • 2 Medium Tomato roughly chopped • Some chopped coriander • 1 Teaspoon Salt • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (haldi) • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala • 1 Cup Kidney beans/Rajma • 1 Cup White Rice Instructions: 1. Veg Manchurian Receipe

A super succulent Indo-Chinese dish that will feed into your snack bones and leave you wanting for more! This not so quick yet easy dish is ideal for any occasion at home or just to savour it alone.

 Ingredients of Veg Manchurian For vegetable balls

1/ 2 mug cabbage

1/ 2 mug carrot

1/ 2 mug capsicum

1/ 2 mug spring onion/ scallion 

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp garlic

3 tbsp corn flour

2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)

2 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp water

For Manchurian sauce:-

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp garlic mashed

1 tsp ginger mashed

2 tbsp green chilies

2 tbsp spring onions

2 tbsp tomato ketchup 

1 tsp chili sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1 and 1/2 tbsp vinegar 

1 tbsp salt

3 tbsp black pepper

Corn flour

1 mug water 


 How to Make Veg Manchurian 

 Firstly in order to prepare the vegetable balls :-

1.Take all the veggies, finely dice it in a cutting board and then transfer in a bowl along with ginger, garlic, corn flour, maida( all-purpose flour), salt, black pepper and soy sauce. 

 

 2. Mix them well, and in addition slowly pour in some water as needed for thickness. 

 

 3. Make round balls out of this thick vegetable mixture we created.

 

 4. Now deep-frying the vegetable balls in heated oil in a kadai or pan ,put them on a napkin to soak excess oil.

 

 Preparation of the sauce:-


1.Heat some oil in a pan and roast the garlic, ginger and green chilies in it for a while.

 

 2. Add spring onion, tomato ketchup, chilly sauce, soy sauce and ginger to make the gravy followed by salt and black pepper for taste.

 

 3. Mix them well and add the mixture of corn flour plus water to the kadai.

 

 4. Mix completely and put the fried vegetable balls into the mixture. 

 

 5. Duly mix the balls along with the sauce.


6. Garnish with spring onion and celery , your Manchurian is now ready.Serve it in hot temperature along with cooked rice.
